Yes, we have 2 type of controller. Pneumatic operated and electrical operated. For electrical operated we required electrical supply. Based on the requirement it can be provided.
Warranty claims applicable only for manufacturing defects. It is not applicable for any electro controller or bought out items.
Capacity of the conveyor designed based on client requirement. In standard we have 3 models, VC1000, VC2000,VC3000-for 1,2 and 3 Ton/ hr respectively based on 800 kg/m3 Bulk Density materials with 3 meter vertical and 3 meter horizontal and moisture content less than 5%.
Any free flowing powder with moisture content less than 10% and bulk density varies from 300 kg/3 to 1300 kg/m3 can be convey/ transfer.
With regular maintenance, the unit will do the job for years to come. If the compressed air is dirty/has fluid in it, the filter can be clogged as well as the pump and the timers. Water in the air line is not optimal. Regular maintenance of the filter as per manual sheet is mandatory.
Continuous flow is possible by provide rotary airlock valves.

Based on the nature of material, there may be a breakage. But unijet try to eliminate the maximum and supply the product based on sample given.

Sump coolant cleaner
A coolant sump cleaner, sometimes called a cnc sump cleaner is a machine used for cleaning the coolant sumps of machine tools. The sump usually consists of coolant and solids. The solids consist of metal chips and swarf based on machining components. In just a few minutes, a coolant sump cleaner will pick up everything in the sump – fluid as well as solids. The filter separates the solids from the fluid. Filtered coolant is returned to the machine tool sump or transported for additional processing.
a) If for example, the sump capacity is 250 litres, the metal chip and swarf occupies more than 40%. If this continues, proper coolant will not flow through machine, which will generate heat in running tool, which will cause wear and tear of the insert . b) Metal chips in the coolant can mar the work piece. c) Chips and fines in sumps cause microbial growth leading to stinky coolant and dermatitis. d) Excessive solids can cause increased fluid temperature
The machine hour rate and man hour rates are increasing drastically. If we clean the machine by using manual method, the time taken will be nearly 4-5 hours. But the same can be achieved through machine within an hour time, which saves 4 hours of both machine and man hour rate. For better calculation, pls try ROI calculation sheet.
As machine coolant is applied during machining operations, it removes heat by carrying it away from the cutting tool / work piece interface. This cooling effect prevents tools from exceeding their critical temperature range beyond which the tool softens and wears rapidly. Machine coolants also lubricate the cutting tool/work piece interface, minimizing the amount of heat generated by friction. A machine coolant's cooling and lubrication properties are critical in decreasing tool wear and extending tool life. Cooling and lubrication are also important in achieving the desired size, finish and shape of the work piece.

Reversible Drum Pump
